What we handle for you

Buy the produce, or buy the whole operation behind it. Most clients start with one lane and hand us the rest.

International procurement

We find, vet and negotiate with growers and packers at origin, then hold them to the specification you signed off.

Container management

Booking, stuffing plans, reefer settings and vessel tracking, so you know where the load is without asking.

Cold chain logistics

Pre-cooling, temperature-controlled transport and data loggers inside the container from packhouse to port.

Export documentation

Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and bill of lading, prepared against your import rules.

Customs clearance

Filing and clearance at both ends through our brokers, with duty and HS code guidance before you order.

Private label supply

Your brand on the carton, with artwork, barcodes and market-specific labelling produced at origin.

The flow

How a shipment moves

Six stages between your enquiry and your warehouse. You get a named contact and a document pack at every one.

01

Enquiry and quotation

Send the product, quantity and destination port. You get an indicative CIF or FOB price and a shipping window, usually the same working day.

02

Sourcing and grading

We buy at origin against your written specification, covering variety, calibre, count, brix and moisture, and reject anything outside it.

03

Pre-shipment inspection

Every lot is checked and photographed before sealing. Third-party inspection arranged on request.

04

Packing and labelling

Export cartons, palletisation and labelling to your market's rules, or to your own brand artwork.

05

Documentation and customs

Papers issued and cleared before the vessel sails, so the load is not sitting at either port.

06

Freight and delivery

Sea or air, tracked to arrival, with the document pack sent ahead so your clearance starts before landing.

Your brand on the carton from day one

If you sell under your own brand, the carton can carry it from the moment it leaves the packhouse.

  • Artwork and printing at originYour design printed on export cartons, sleeves and punnets, approved by you before the run.
  • Market-specific labellingLanguage, nutrition panels, barcodes and country of origin marks set to the rules of the market you sell into.
  • Consistent pack presentationThe same count, calibre and pack style shipment after shipment, so your shelf looks the same every week.
